The service technician that came to my house was very professional! He serviced our AC and Heater and was very thorough. After servicing our AC unit he explained in detail some things that may need to be repaired in the future. The technician had taken pictures so I was able to see exactly what he was explaining to me! It was very helpful since I am not very knowledgeable with regards to our AC and heating units. Thank you All Pro Air for such a wonderful experience with your company!!

I originally called because I needed the correct filter size but I decided to have my heater serviced as well. Upon arrival, Dustin asked me how he could help and as I really only wanted the filter size he recommended I service the AC as the summer is approaching; however, he still informed me on all the issues he noticed with our heating system and made things more efficient. I’ll use them in the future for our heating and AC services.

These 5 Stars are for JOSH & NICK. You take for granted the things that are working properly (our AC system), but what I recognize is quality people. JOSH & NICK are definitely that. They wore thier masks the entire time, wore booties over there shoes, and conducted themselves completely respectful the entire time. They were patient with ALL of our questions, and answered them very thoroughly. I knew they had more stops and I appreciate the time they spent with my family. My air conditioning unit went out last night. I submitted a request for service and they called this morning to follow up. Appointment confirmed. They communicated well. Ken was great. He showed me what happened, gave advice for next steps and fixed it. I have AC again!!! I appreciated that he wore a mask, shoe covers, added an air filter and he showed me how to program the AC unit. I will call them again if I need any AC/heat work done for sure.
